"A light loaf without olive oil or milk, this one conveniently bakes in your bread machine."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (.25 ounce) package active
dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons margarine,
softened
1 cup warm water (110
degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add ingredients according to the manufacturer s directions.
2. Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist.
