INGREDIENTS: | 1 (18.25 ounce) package angel food cake mix 1 cup pumpkin puree | 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice | DIRECTIONS: | 1. | Combine pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice, and mix well. Set aside. | | 2. | Mix cake as directed on package. Fold in pumpkin mixture. Pour into an ungreased tube pan. | | 3. | Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until lightly browned, using the box directions as a guide to cooking time. | |
